Need to return an item or exchange it for a different size? No problem! At Cotton District, you can easily return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

Before registering your return, please make sure your shipment meets the following conditions:

  • Return window: You received the items within the last 14 days.

  • Item condition: The clothing is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Tags: All original brand and price tags are still attached.

  • Packaging: The item is sent back in its original packaging.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Return

Step 1: Register your return online

Click the button below to go to our return portal. Enter your postal code and track & trace or order number to start your exchange or return request.

Step 2: Pack your order

  • Place the clothing neatly back into the packaging.

  • Include the original invoice or packing slip inside the package so we know who the return belongs to.

Step 3: Download & attach the shipping label

  • Complete the registration process in the return portal and download your return label.

  • Attach the return label clearly to the package, covering the original shipping label.

Step 4: Drop off your package

  • Take your package to a staffed service point (e.g., PostNL or DHL, depending on the selected label).

  • Note: Please do not drop off your return at a self-service parcel locker to prevent lost shipments.

  • Keep your proof of drop-off (including the Track & Trace code) until your return has been fully processed.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your return as quickly as possible.

  • Refund: The amount will be refunded to your account (or your Klarna invoice will be adjusted) within 7 business days.

  • Exchange: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as the return is processed.
