Delivery

• Orders placed on business days before 21:00 will be shipped the same day and, assuming no delays with PostNL, delivered the next day. (This also applies to shipments to Belgium.)
• As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a track & trace code and link to follow your shipment.
• All orders are shipped via PostNL.
• Orders under €80: €3.95 shipping fee
• Orders over €80: Free shipping!

* Because we rely entirely on PostNL for the delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee the delivery times stated above. Our promise to you: if you place your order on a business day before 17:00, we will dispatch it the same day.

** If you choose delivery to a parcel pickup point (or if your package is delivered to a pickup point because no one was home) and it is not collected within 7 days, PostNL will return the package to us. These packages will be held in our warehouse pending further instructions from the customer.
